School holiday movie night this Saturday

A FREE outdoor movie night will be presented in New Norfolk this Saturday thanks to D’FAT, the Derwent Valley Youth Future Action Team.

The all-ages, drug and alcohol-free event on Arthur Square in the town centre will feature the recently-released sequel to The Lego Movie.  Lego Movie 2: The Second Part is a 2019 computer-animated adventure comedy from Warner Bros. 

"This free event is supported by the Derwent Valley Council, and will include a barbecue provided by D’FAT and the showing of Lego Movie 2 by Tassie Open Air Cinemas," D'FAT chairman Nic Kaiser said.

The event starts at 7pm, with food and drinks available. Take along a picnic rug, deck chair or beanbag to make yourself comfortable.
