Fire Weather Warning
for the Midlands, Upper Derwent Valley and South East forecast districts
Issued at 4:02 pm on Thursday 10 January 2019.
Very High fire dangers are expected in the Upper Derwent Valley, the South East, and the southern half of the Midlands tomorrow, with isolated instances of Severe fire dangers possible during the afternoon. Temperatures in these areas are generally expected to reach near 30, northerly winds of 25 to 35 km/h and relative humidity down to 10 to 20%.
For Friday 11 January:Very High Fire Danger is forecast for the following forecast districts:
Midlands, Upper Derwent Valley and South East
