New Norfolk pair nominate for RACT board

TWO New Norfolk men have emerged as candidates for election to the board of the RACT. The names of Tim Morris and Wayne Shoobridge appear on the ballot for the election of four directors of the motoring association. The other four candidates are current board members seeking re-election.

Mr Shoobridge and Mr Morris are also contesting this month's Derwent Valley Council poll. Both have nominated for election as councillor and deputy mayor. Mr Shoobridge is a serving councillor and Mr Morris is a former councillor, past mayor and three-term state Member of Parliament for Lyons.
